Emmaus Catholic School is an R – 7 Primary School. The school was established in 1994 and is the second Catholic primary school in the Parish of Mary Help of Christians, Morphett Vale.

Our school aims to create for our students, staff and parents a caring Christian community within the Morphett Vale Catholic Parish – a place where people feel that they belong, where they are accepted and loved and to continue their journey of faith.

At Emmaus Catholic School we believe that our students should know the teachings of the Catholic Church and experience life in a community of faith.

Our School Community is:
Values Based
We aim to bring the Gospel to life within the Catholic tradition through our Religious Education Program. We support parents as being the primary educators of their children. Our school values care, environmental awareness, social justice, compassion, love and the dignity of each individual within our school community.

A School which Promotes A Sense of Belonging
At Emmaus, we promote education as a partnership between parents, staff and children.

Great importance is placed on developing children’s self esteem and confidence, as well as their abilities.

We value each individual and encourage them to reach their full potential by providing them with the skills and knowledge, opportunities and resources, values and attitudes which will equip them for life.

A Safe and Attractive Environment
Emmaus is the perfect size – small enough to offer a safe and protected environment where individuals are known yet large enough to offer a broad range of curriculum and facilities.

Our staff prides themselves on providing a nurturing environment to assist in preparing today’s children in learning for the future.
